Prior to his legal career as a Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Attorney, Mr. Arce worked in the food service industry as a chef. There are plenty of better attorney groups to engage. My experience with this firm included a recent graduate attorney who was very unfamiliar with the law, extremely poor with negotiation, and overall was not confident throughout the process.
