Bayron Jobanny Flores Tapia

Bayron Flores-Tapia is a New York City employment and labor law attorney who has extensive experience advocating for employees in a variety of employment matters, including the recovery of unpaid wages and benefits, sexual harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, battery and assault. Bayron is passionate about practicing employment law because it allows him to directly foster workplace fairness and impact people's lives by protecting their rights in the workplace.

Before joining Phillips & Associates, Bayron worked at a prominent law firm representing employees in federal, state, and city labor and employment law matters. Bayron is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Bayron graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Bayron earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2021.

Bayron is Ecuadorian American and is a native Spanish speaker.
