I hired this attorney to represent me in a NYC Traffic Violations Bureau (TVB) matter, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The case was not successful, and there was no meaningful explanation of what strategy was used or what was done during the hearing. When I called to ask questions a...fterward, the attorney was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt rushed off the phone and spoken to in a condescending manner. There was poor communication throughout the process, no transparency about what to expect, and no effort to walk me through the outcome or next steps. Given the outcome and the way I was treated, the representation felt inadequate and inexperienced. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for professional, respectful, and thorough legal representation for a TVB traffic case.

Extremely Disappointed with This Service – Proceed with Caution I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with this company was unacceptable and deserves to be shared. I received a traffic ticket in New York in 2022 while visiting from Florida. I hired this company based on online searc...h results, paid in full, and trusted they would handle the matter professionally. Fast forward to 2025—three years later—I found out on my own that my driver’s license is now at risk of suspension due to this unresolved ticket. Throughout that entire time, I received no updates, no emails, no calls, no letters—absolutely no communication from their team. I only discovered the issue this weekend while trying to replace my driver’s license. When I called their office, I spoke to someone named Joel, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Rather than assisting me, he raised his voice and claimed a letter was sent, which I never received. Now, after years of silence, I’m being told the case was lost and I’m responsible for paying a fine. This is both shocking and frustrating. I feel this company failed to provide the basic level of service expected, especially in a legal matter that directly affects someone’s driving privileges. I regret using them and would not recommend their services to anyone. Please do your research and read all reviews before trusting this company with your case.

Recently I had a ticket I got guilty that's not big deal but when I called to her office there is unprofessional people very rude and unhelpful they didn't send me any letter neither contact me it was close to my license get suspension unless I get call from my job they let me know your driver licens...e will be suspended so dear Maggie please about your front desk there will be hurt your business

I paid this lawyer that kept pushing the ticket out for FIVE years to be found guilty. No one from this office ever called to even inform me that I was found guilty. Days passed with ZERO communication (I have never received communication from them since they received payment) - no emails, texts, or ...calls were ever received. I had to call the office to get an update - and was then told "the cops lie" and I was found guilty, no discount, no points reduced and had to pay the entire ticket in full in LESS than 28 days and received the full amount of points on my license. I lost money paying someone that did absolutely nothing for me and by the office's own admission - she does not have a good relationship with the officers and courts and some have even "cursed her mother". I requested written communication from the office that I was found guilty - and they told me they don't send written notices; they call their clients and this was my phone call. I reminded her that I had called her and confirmed she indeed meant that me calling the office was the only way they would let me know the outcome of the incident. I was disrespected and insulted and hung up on. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - you're better off pushing your own tickets out and going to court yourself. Biggest issue was lack of communication and annoyance any time I called throughout the YEARS.
