Deborah Ann Magee

As a former police officer, I wrote thousands of summonses, so I had to testify in traffic court, numerous times, for the moving violations that I had issued to motorists. Whenever I saw attorney Magee entering the courtroom, representing motorists, I knew that my testimony was about to be ...seriously challenged, by her. She is a tough contender. There are potentially many factors that can determine whether you win or lose your particular case. IE: There are judges who just happen to be more lenient towards motorists, than other judges, and there are officers who simply cannot always independently remember some of the details of the violations that they had previously witnessed. Thinking realistically, though, motorists should not expect to be able to win every single case, but you ‘will’ definitely want attorney Magee on your side, representing you, to give yourself a smart head-start. I highly respect her skills as an attorney, and I sincerely just wanted to share this with you.

I had a cellphone ticket that she represented me on. She said that if it wasn't a friendly judge, she would postpone the ticket. However, when I called her up the following day she said that we lost and I got 5 points as a result, and nothing she could do. If I knew she was that fake and incompetent,... I would have represented myself and saved money and given myself a better chance at dismissing the ticket, because I wasn't even using the phone when I got pulled over. I don't advise anyone using her because she is a bad attorney with fake promises, nothing but a waste of money and a lot of points.
