Scott Dean Woller

Scott is an associate of Peter R. Ginsberg Law, LLC. Scott is an experienced litigator in the areas of securities and corporate litigation and complex commercial litigation and an experienced in-house counsel who regularly counsels small businesses and executives on the many legal and regulatory issues facing such entities. He also regularly represents professional athletes and coaches in various matters, including league disciplinary proceedings, issues arising under league collective bargaining agreements, and investigations and proceedings involving alleged violations of league rules and substance abuse policies. Scott is also a certified Contract Advisor by the National Football League Players Association. 

Previously, Scott worked in the Securities Litigation and Corporate Governance department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he represented and advised large financial institutions, investment funds, and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of matters, and also for Labaton Sucharow LLP, a plaintiffs’ securities litigation firm, where he represented institutional investors in securities class action lawsuits and individual whistleblowers in connection with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Dodd-Frank whistleblower program. In addition, Scott served as the U.S. General Counsel for an international online travel company. 

Scott graduated summa cum laude and first in his class from New York Law School and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. 

Scott is involved with several not-for-profit organizations and is a member of the Board of the Young Friends of the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City.
