Peter Joseph Guadagnino

I’m writing this review, yet my words are not and will not be enough to describe how amazing this man is in and outside of the court room. He was referred to me by someone whom had retained him in a prior attempted murder case of their own. Let me start out by saying that he won that persons case as ...well. I hired Mr. Guadagnino for my son, knowing that my son was on parole and had a prior felony conviction he was facing 25 years and definitely no less than 10. I was a nervous wreck up until the day the trial started. Once the trial started day by day I felt more and more confident that my son was going to be coming home. I still had the trial butterflies but I also knew that Mr. Guadagnino was doing an excellent job. The courtroom was dead and tired whenever the prosecution spoke but when Mr. Guadagnino would get up to do his thing the judge, the jury, the audience, and even the prosecution would awaken, show interest and sit in awe. In the process of my sons' trial there were several police officers and what was assumed to be victims that testified against him. I chose to share that bit of information to let you see that miracles do happen. They happen when you think the odds are stacked against you; well they happened in that courtroom with my son. He was acquitted of all 22 charges; thanks to Mr. Guadagnino. Mr. Guadagnino represented my son and it has now allowed for my son to have a fresh start and a second chance on life. I pray that I will never need him again but I will keep his number always. I have and will refer him to anyone and everyone whom is fighting for their life. My family shall be forever grateful.

Saying Peter is Awesome would be an understatement!!!! Mr. Guadagnino has defended me in the past on several felony charges and his presence in the courtroom is phenomenal. . . I was facing 15-25 years and was sentenced to 1-3 because of his representation. Since then, I have recommended him to sever...al people, including my cousin. My cousin was charged with several felonies including an B felony. All charges was dismissed and he was found not Guilty of all charges and is now free!! Peter remains professional at all times, very punctual, understanding and determined!!!! His presence in the courtroom is overwhelming as he makes his words heartfelt and makes sure they are received by the judge and jurors. I would highly recommend him to anyone to runs into trouble with the law. I do not have any intentions of getting into trouble in the future, but have his number on speed dial for safe measure and to give it to anyone that may need help.

I would recommend him to anyone. I would bet my life that he will win any case presented to him. I was charged with 6 felony counts. The top one being an attempted murder charge. He definitely represents Justice Served. I was innocent and the top 5 charges received a not guilty verdict. He is now wor...king on an appeal to get the last charge dismissed.
