Peter Joseph Guadagnino

I met Mr. Guadagnino when he served as my legal aid a few years ago. I gave this person a ride in my car, not knowing he had drugs on him. As soon as he sat in my car, we got stopped by the cops. He immediately hid the drugs in my car and the police found the drugs in my car. I got arrested and he ...blamed everything on me. Thank God Mr. Guadagnino was there for me. Most important he believed in me. I was looking at a few years for a crime I did not commit but he was able to prove that I was innocent. Now to the real reason why I'm so grateful to Mr. Guadagnino is because of what he did for my son. He saved his life, just as he did for me. My son got arrested for a robbery that he did not commit, he didn't even know about it. The person that did the robbery impersonated a police officer, so it became a federal case. No lawyer wanted to take the case until I reached out to Peter. He remembered my case and was glad to take on my sons case. My daughter had to put her house up as collateral, my sons girlfriend had to borrow $50,000 and my wife and I had to put up our life savings to bail my son out. Mr. Guadagnino worked very hard on this case. Thank God he was able to find a surveillance video that proved that my son was not present when this crime was committed. The video proved that the individuals didn't resemble anything like my son. Peter was able to request that all pending charges against my son be dropped under lack of evidence. THANK God and Mr. Guadagnino my son was found innocent of all these charges, he is now a free man. The last time something like this happened in a federal court was in 1945. Peter was able to accomplish what 10 other lawyers wouldn't even attempt. What's most important to me is the feeling of knowing that your attorney really and truly believes that you are innocent. Mr. Guadagnino saved my brother In-laws life. He was charged in a federal court with several charges including impersonating a police official, home invasion, breaking and entering, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon, amongst other charges. He was facing 25 years. He was immediately placed und...er house arrest with an electronic tracking device placed on his ankle. After consulting with more than a dozen lawyers(all of which turned down the case) Mr. Guadagnino agreed to represent us. He told us that it would be a huge task, but he was up to the challenge.
