Peter Joseph Guadagnino

My son was charged with attempted murder and conspiracy. His bail was half a million dollars. I couldn't make the bail but I was able to hire Peter to help my son. The case went on for a year and a half. The offers that the prosecution were making to my son were ridiculously high. 25 years. Peter fo...ught for my son during the whole time. Right before Peter was ready to pick the jury and when the government saw that Peter was not backing down, they made an offer to my son that got him out of jail and did not give him a criminal record. I thank God for Peter Guadagnino. my son is now home with me and we are all doing well.

Peter saved my life. I was charged with 7 serious Federal Crimes in Florida stemming from a real estate transaction that I was involved with. I along with several defendants from across the United States were arrested and brought down from New York to Federal Court in Florida. Peter represented me f...rom the very beginning. He got me released from jail at the arraignment. Subsequently, Peter and I had to fly down to Florida for several court appearances until the trial. The United states Government gave Peter bankers boxes filled with paperwork pertaining to my case. Peter and I met incessantly to go over all of the paperwork. Peter learned it with ease. It was almost as if he memorized it. My Federal trial lasted for two weeks. I was tried with various co defendants. witnesses flew in from all over the country. what was most impressive about Peter is how he related to the jury. Even though Peter is from New York and the jury was from the Florida Pan Handle, Peter was able to relate to them. He was very impressive and professional in the courtroom. He commanded a very imposing presence in the courtroom. you could tell that when Peter spoke, the jury wanted to hear what he had to say. He skillfully cross examined all of the witnesses while captivating the jury's attention. whenever the prosecution made a point with a witness favorable to their case, Peter would cross examine that witness and that point would crumble. Even though I was very scared, watching Peter in action on my behalf gave me confidence and hope that I was getting the best representation possible. He's amazing to watch. He was my guardian angel. All I can say about Peter is this: At the end of the trial, after the jury's verdict, I went home and my co defendants went to jail. Peter is the real deal. I owe my life to him and I am eternally grateful.

I thank God that Peter Guadagnino represented my son on two felony murder charges and that thanks to his hard work and dedication, my son was acquitted. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. He defended my son well and did so in a manner that was knowledgeable, straightforward and passi...onate while demonstrating extreme patience, kindness and respect. I’m writing this review, yet my words are not and will not be enough to describe how amazing this man is in and outside of the court room. He was referred to me by someone whom had retained him in a prior attempted murder case of their own. Let me start out by saying that he won that persons case as ...well. I hired Mr. Guadagnino for my son, knowing that my son was on parole and had a prior felony conviction he was facing 25 years and definitely no less than 10. I was a nervous wreck up until the day the trial started. Once the trial started day by day I felt more and more confident that my son was going to be coming home. I still had the trial butterflies but I also knew that Mr. Guadagnino was doing an excellent job. The courtroom was dead and tired whenever the prosecution spoke but when Mr. Guadagnino would get up to do his thing the judge, the jury, the audience, and even the prosecution would awaken, show interest and sit in awe. In the process of my sons' trial there were several police officers and what was assumed to be victims that testified against him. I chose to share that bit of information to let you see that miracles do happen. They happen when you think the odds are stacked against you; well they happened in that courtroom with my son. He was acquitted of all 22 charges; thanks to Mr. Guadagnino. Mr. Guadagnino represented my son and it has now allowed for my son to have a fresh start and a second chance on life. I pray that I will never need him again but I will keep his number always. I have and will refer him to anyone and everyone whom is fighting for their life. My family shall be forever grateful.
