Peter Joseph Guadagnino

Mr. Guadagnino saved my brother In-laws life. He was charged in a federal court with several charges including impersonating a police official, home invasion, breaking and entering, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon, amongst other charges. He was facing 25 years. He was immediately placed und...er house arrest with an electronic tracking device placed on his ankle. After consulting with more than a dozen lawyers(all of which turned down the case) Mr. Guadagnino agreed to represent us. He told us that it would be a huge task, but he was up to the challenge. After completing the retainer process he went straight to work. We were extremely impressed with his ability to communicate with us every step of the way. Most of the time you get a machine or a secretary but Peter was available every time we reached out. Peter is heaven sent. He represented my younger brother in a complex federal case where my brother was charged with multiple felonies. There were several co-defendants which were not represented by Peter. My brothers bail was set high but though the grace of God we were able to get him out. He was pl...aced on house arrest but at least we were able to go see him and spend time with him during the process. The judge then dropped all of the charges on my brother and immediately removed his electronic bracelet, rendering him a Free man. My son was charged with attempted murder and conspiracy. His bail was half a million dollars. I couldn't make the bail but I was able to hire Peter to help my son. Peter saved my life. I was charged with 7 serious Federal Crimes in Florida stemming from a real estate transaction that I was involved with. I along with several defendants from across the United States were arrested and brought down from New York to Federal Court in Florida. Peter represented me f...rom the very beginning. He got me released from jail at the arraignment. Subsequently, Peter and I had to fly down to Florida for several court appearances until the trial. The United states Government gave Peter bankers boxes filled with paperwork pertaining to my case. Peter and I met incessantly to go over all of the paperwork. Peter learned it with ease. It was almost as if he memorized it. My Federal trial lasted for two weeks. I was tried with various co defendants. witnesses flew in from all over the country. what was most impressive about Peter is how he related to the jury. Even though Peter is from New York and the jury was from the Florida Pan Handle, Peter was able to relate to them. He was very impressive and professional in the courtroom. He commanded a very imposing presence in the courtroom. you could tell that when Peter spoke, the jury wanted to hear what he had to say. He skillfully cross examined all of the witnesses while captivating the jury's attention. whenever the prosecution made a point with a witness favorable to their case, Peter would cross examine that witness and that point would crumble. Even though I was very scared, watching Peter in action on my behalf gave me confidence and hope that I was getting the best representation possible. He's amazing to watch. He was my guardian angel. All I can say about Peter is this: At the end of the trial, after the jury's verdict, I went home and my co defendants went to jail. Peter is the real deal. I owe my life to him and I am eternally grateful.
