I hired him to defen me in a multi charge case involving unlicensed operation and pending dwi charge. Im pretty sure he never even looked at my case details and just agreed to the first offer from the DA. I repeatedly told him that i wasnt formally charged with DWI yet but he proceeded as if i was ...and when the DA offered a plea of guilty to all the formal charges except the DWI he kept telling me I should feel lucky they were "droping" the DWI I was never charged with. On top of that he never once showed up for court and sent some other nobody from the area to stand in for him. He basicly just took thousands of my dollars and did nothing for it. Later when I texted him and demanded money back he wouldn't even respond.

I have read the other reviews there are only two possibilities 1) he has 7 friends in the world 2) he has a good twin brother that works under his license I have used various types of attorneys for business for over 40 years, i have had attorneys who lied to me and padded their bills , but he ...is the only attorney who i questioned who does he actually work for. He presents you with a contract that offers a flat rate even if trial is required. At first blush you may think this is good....it is not. You will never see a trial, he will accept the first offer made by the DA. After that he repeatedly delay proceedings , you will tell him you want a trial, he will keep telling you that the deal is great. He will harass you His goal as far as i am concerned is to dispose of cases with as little work as possible. GO ELSEWHERE you are better of with an attorney who pads the bill but actually works for you
