I have several issues with how my case was handled by the attorney. The biggest being the fact that he was repeatedly asked to request for attorney fees be included in our arbitration case and he told me that we did not need to do so which turned out not to be the case per the award letter. The at...torney allowed a time extension to the respondent without getting my approval (this was against my wishes). The attorney was pushy about allowing additional time to the respondent. The attorney recommended we settle for basically what I had already paid in legal costs. In addition to generally being last minute, unprepared, short, dismissive, poor at legal positioning, and poor at communicating. I gave the attorney notice of my intention to file a complaint since then he has not attempted to reach out to me. I would not recommend you use this attorney based on the service he provided.
