Milan Saha

Milan Saha is a business lawyer. It is a full service shop for people, their money and the ways they make money. Its securities law practice specializes in small cap publicly traded companies.

Milan is the head of its corporate department. His experience ranges from basic corporate tax-planning, to securities, to multifaceted international transactions. In his 6 years with the firm, he has watched it grow from a solo practice he joined to a small, boutique firm to a mid-sized powerhouse with an impressive wheelhouse of services. The firm’s diverse team of lawyers allows the firm to coordinate legal support for all facets of corporate representation – including but not limited to tax, securities and litigation work – and being a small firm allows them to work personally with every client.

Milan is passionate about charitable work; and enjoys driving those projects instead of just advising. Through NIDAN USA, Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit corporation of which he is the founder and president, he personally funds a pre-k learning center in Bihar, India for kids aged 3 – 5 years old. He is launching , which will use social media to crowd fund that and other charitable projects.

He is on the board of trustees of the North American South Asian Bar Association Foundation and sits on the Board of Directors for the Minerva Foundation for Financial Literacy.
