Michael was my attorney in a crazy contract case. He made a lot of things happen and helped me win my case. He had the case closed once he started it. His presentation and his trustworthy is professional. I will inform him to anyone. We settled my case for a large amount of sum. Thanks to Michael!

I used Mike for a tenant dispute. My roomate up and left without paying her share of the rent. From day 1 my issue was keeping costs low and using Mike was great for this experience. He charged a low upfront fee and said everything would be taken care of under this unless we went to trial. He was able to negotiate a settlement for minimal cost without charging any more fee's to me (keeping his initial word). He always kept me informed throughout the process which took roughly a year to get resolved (due to landlords lawyers). I highly recommend Mike as he is a lawyer who keeps his word.

Michael was extremely professional and explained the process of a will, living will and power of attorney is an easily understandable way. He was very reassuring throughout what can be a sensitive experience. Mr. O'Brien always responded to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. I would recommend Michael O'Brien to friends and colleagues.
Nance Schick, Workers compensation Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have known Michael since he was a legal intern in the law firm where I worked immediately after obtaining my law license. I saw him grow into his own licensure, then into an exceptional trial attorney. When we worked together at that law firm, I always knew I could entrust him with any assignment, whether it was in court, before the Workers' Compensation Board or a communication to a client. I have known him to be nothing but thorough, professional and effective. I recommended him for the position he took at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co.'s in-house negligence defense firm, and I have continued to recommend him now that he is in his own practice. There are few attorneys I can rely on as much as I can rely on Michael O'Brien. I am grateful for the ongoing opportunity to work, collaborate and "mastermind" with him.
Suzanne Ascher, Tax Attorney

I endorse Michael Paul O'Brien, Esq. He has many years of litigation experience and is highly qualified to handle various matters in court -- ranging from business matters to landlord tenant matters. He has an excellent background in trial practice. Therefore, I give him this peer endorsement as a fellow colleague.
