He is intelligent, and tenacious

I am an attorney who has practice law for over thirty years. I am relatively young, and so I thought, too young to be diagnosed with dementia. For approximately thirty years I have paid disability premiums to John Hancock, with Unum serving as its administrator, to protect my family should I ever... become disabled. Well I did, and when I filed a long term disability claim, I was surprisingly denied even though I was unable to perform the usual, customary, and necessary duties of my job description. I searched for a disability attorney, finding Mr. Matthew Maddox who provided a completely free consultation, clealry explaining the entire appeals process, in a manner, that as an attoreny or not, was informational and easy to undertstand. His assistant, Samantha Merritt, was extremely helpful, as she continually followed up with me to make sure I was doing well, and providing the information they required for my appeal to be processed. Mind you, this was a significant amount of money, a six-figure recovery which my family desperately needed as a result of my illness. I would 100% recommend that you consult with Mr. Maddox for any long term disability claims that you may have.

If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing a disability attorney, your luck just took a turn for the better. Let Matthew Maddox and his team guide you through this difficult process with dignity, compassion and expertise. If AVVO allowed, I would give Mr. Maddox 6 stars.
