Recommended
I would definitely recommend Marc as representation. He was always upfront and clear and I always knew what to expect from any situation. I appreciated that he understood my injury and treatment while still looking at the case objectively. I trusted his judgement and direction and I think, bottom-line, when in a situation like this, you need trust above everything else. He was very knowledgable of all facets and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others. Especially someone like me who suffered a back injury from a car accident and wanted to just get well and let him worry about the legal side of things.

Double Duty
More than I ever dreamed of...and better than my worst nightmare! I never dreamed of needing a lawyer and in a matter of months I was involved in two career changing car accidents! I always was told lawsuits were nightmares and truth be told they are not for the faint of heart! If it were not for Marc and his diligence I would not have been able to work through the red tape of being involved a suite involving a county government. He was willing to go to any length on my behalf, even to jail...to get a deposition that is! Exemplary confidence and meritorious use support outstanding staff to make communication effective!
