I am a Partner at a boutique immigration law firm located in New York, NY. I am currently admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, but have represented clients in immigration matters throughout United States and internationally. Working for a boutique law firm for over a fifteen years has allowed me to gain valuable experience working with a diverse clientele, managing a substantial and varied caseload, supervising the work of associate attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, and developing an expansive knowledge of immigration laws and procedures. This experience allows me to successfully represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Embassies and Consulates, Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, and U.S. Courts of Appeals.
I represent clients in a variety of immigration matters from family-based and employment-based adjustment of status applications to complex immigration issues such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office, motions to reconsider and/or reopen, cases involving criminal aliens, waivers of grounds of inadmissibility, and federal court actions seeking review of agency decisions. I defend individuals in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. I also frequently represent individuals in a range of interviews and appearance before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in connection with asylum applications, nonimmigrant visas, applications for lawful permanent residence, and naturalization.
