PETER V. ARCESE, Esq. concentrates his law practice on estate planning, taxation, mediation, and philanthropy. His clients include parents, authors, artists, and charitable organizations. He has been a speaker at the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York, New York Foundation for the Arts, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, the Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Queens Library Foundation. He is an award-winning adjunct assistant professor of the Humanities at New York University and is past Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section's Mediation Committee.
