Mehmet Arda Beskardes

I worked with M. Arda Beskardes for an immigration matter. I had to submit my application by a deadline which was very important for me. He told me he submitted it. However it turned out that he did not submit it. When I asked about it he was not apologetic at all but rather rude and arrogant. Then h...e eventually submitted it late which caused a lot of frustration and stress on my side. He returns your calls only after you call him thousand times. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND him. He is totally unprofessional.

I strongly discourage using this lawyer for anything. My experience with him was HORRENDOUS! His lack of responsibility literally cost me three years of my life. He is the worst possible person to work with for anything relating to immigration. After he took my money, he did not respond to any phone ...calls or emails. He is a VERY dishonest man. Please seek a different lawyer. DON`T USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!

I strongly advise against hiring him. He never responds and he will mess up your case, even ruining what little chance you have. I rarely write reviews, especially if they are negative, but I do not want other people to go through the same horrible experience like I did with him. To be honest, better... go alone then hire him. He will not do his job unless you remind him thousand times. By the time he does, it will be too late..

No matter what, do not go to him. He is very late at answering my questions via email, if he does at all. He was late a couple times to an appointment where HE SET THE TIME. He was late by at least half an hour by the way. He has put me in a very bad situation, leaving me not knowing what to do. He s...ays something, then declares he never said that and tells something else. He is very bad handling paper work too. I can not even begin to talk about my disappointment with him. I would be better off handling everything on my own because I HAD TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKES. Yes, I am serious. He might have knowledge on the subject, but he either doesn't share it with you, or doesn't know how it applies to your situation. Please choose another lawyer.

I strongly urge anyone who is considering this lawyer for any immigration related matter to find another alternative. My experience with him has been very negative and frustrating throughout. First and foremost, my application for a work visa filed by his office (it wasn't a proper "office" by th...e way, it was just him and his assistant working from some sort of a home office arrangement) was rejected, to my biggest disappointment and regret. I certainly don't want to put the whole blame on him or on his incompetency as a lawyer, as I was aware of the difficulty of my case as well as the circumstances of the American immigration system. Instead, what I would like to caution you most is about his attitude, which can easily make the whole process a heck more frustrating and stressful. For months that I had to interact with him, every time I was appalled by his arrogance and disrespectful behaviors. He rarely returned my calls on time, and whenever he returned them he was rude and demanding, as if he was the client. For my application, he did not show the slightest effort to make the case more appealing or acceptable. Even more frustratingly, he did not even fill out the immigration forms himself, but instead requested I fill out the forms. Therefore, I was somewhat forced to make the case for myself, without any significant input from his side, which is also likely to have led to the demise of my application. All in all, I do not recommend this lawyer. It must be hard to find a descent and a respectable lawyer, but it is definitely worth your time and money than trying your chances with Arda Beskardes.
