My partner and I worked with Joyce to purchase our first home and I was impressed from the beginning by her. She responds to email within 24 hours (even when she was on vacation) and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through every document and didn't brush off any question. Her way of working had me feel as if I was the most important client on her roster. We had a particularly tight deadline to finalize my mortgage for the closing and she made it happen.
