Gisella Levi Caroti

Gisella Levi Caroti is a member of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. in New York. She has been practicing corporate and commercial law with the firm for thirty years representing European clients doing business in the United States. Mrs. Caroti is a member of the New York, Connecticut and Italian bars, and a graduate of New York University School of Law and the University of Milan, Italy.

Mrs. Caroti practiced law in Italy before coming to the United States, and maintains an office in Milan. She travels to Italy every two months, consultng with clients and speaking at Bar Associations and Trade Organizations in Italy.

Mrs. Caroti's experience as an international lawyer in the law of both civil law and common law countries, and her knowledge of the English, Italian and French languages, have proven to be an invaluable asset in consulting and assisting European clients doing business in the U.S., as well as American companies doing business in Italy.

Mrs. Caroti is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Union Internationale des Avocats. She is also a Director and Vice President of AIGLI, the International Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers located in Milan, and a member of GEI, Gruppo Esponenti Italiani, New York.
