Biography
Hi,
I'm Dave Roemerman. I have been practicing law for the better part of a decade. The first half of my career, I worked at several big banks (Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Barclays, and Fifth Third), mainly negotiating derivatives contracts and doing Dodd-Frank compliance. It was interesting work, but I wanted something more out of my career.
I founded Roemerman Law, to switch from working for Wall Street and start working for "Main Street," providing what we call "Real Solutions for Real People." I love the people I work for these days, and I have helped many people protect their homes from foreclosure and many others to get a fresh start on their financial futures with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 personal bankruptcy filings.
