Chad Harris Dauman

I've never seen a lawyer fight for a client like Mr. Dauman did for me. I had two cases where the cops executed a search warrant at my boys house. They charged me with possession and tried to claim that I lived in one of the rooms in the apartment. I didn't live there and the drugs were found in a ...box in that room. The Da kept dragging the case out but Mr. Dauman kept on fighting. When the DA offered a violation on each, I was tempted to take it just so I didn't have to go back to court. But thankfully Chad asked me this question. Would you really be able to walk away happy knowing that the cops are lying? No I wouldn't have been. So we took it to trial. One case dismissed, other one we just beat. He's more than just a lawyer to me though. I view him like a brother. He was there on every single court date. He never had someone else represent me like many public defenders. He took me out to lunch and asked about my family. We both were in the fight together and I put my trust completely in his hands. And I'm happy I did. He believed me from the very first time I met him. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their lawyer.
