Wow where should i begin. At first i though ms smith was nice until my first court date she couldnt even meet me in time to talk about my case in advance. Secondly she never answered none of my texts and information regarding the case moving forward as i still had trouble getting visitation of my dau...ghter l. Made me me feel alone, unprotected, and misrepresented, she needs to be investigated bc she never even returned my calls unless i became mad due to the fact im fighting to see my daughter. I told her i may seek new representation. She sent me an email saying she had a health issue and basically insisted she be removed from the case when that should have been brought to my attention WEEKS AGO!!!! Thats when it seems like she spitefully mishandled my case later that week which caused me to miss the case all together. She told me it was rescheduled when it wasnt. This is nuts. I just wanted proper representation and ms smith had no interest in that now my baby is just lost in the system partially due to ms smiths lack of work and help when i needed her the most. Thanks ms smith
