I am committed to providing exceptional value to my clients, which includes not only estate planning advice and documents using the most modern solutions, but also includes returning phone calls immediately and going the extra mile to provide exceptional client service. Estate Planning is a general term which includes a wide variety of tools, techniques and strategies which are used to help people manage, protect and grow their weath, and then pass that wealth along to future generations in an orderly and tax efficient manner. Minimizing estate taxes and probate costs, and maximizing the amount of wealth which can pass to children, grandchildren, and charities, is a major focus of estate planning. Most people think of estate planning as simply a will or a trust, and while those are the basic tools used in estate planning, the subject is actually much broader than that. Asset protection planning, for example, to protect investment assets, real estate assets, or business assets, is an important part of estate planning. Tax planning is another important part of estate planning, most particularly for the business owner.

Good impression
I consulted with Mr. Bryan for several minutes regarding a friend's issues, and he gave some solid advice, though I couldn't hire him due to the circumstances. He seemed very knowledgeable, and more thorough, in comparison to other lawyers I had consulted regarding the same issue.

Smart nice lawyer without the frills.
RB was very honest in telling me how things generally work, so that I could save money rather than taking on a long litigious approach. He did his best and tried to settle things out of court, saving me court time and legal fees. He has extensive knowledge in tax law and estate trusts. I felt f...
