Elder Law refers to the areas of legal practice which arises as people naturally grow older, such as Social Security benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, and Veteran's Benefits. I handle probate and administration of decedent's estates in all New York counties, but primarily Manhattan (New York County), Brooklyn (Kings County), Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island (Richmond County). My practice is highly automated to reduce fees and expenses, and I have an extensive tax background which enables me to help family members make decisions which will save taxes for many years.

However the variety of trusts mimics the different types of cars you see on the highway. There are hundreds of different types of trusts; each one has something unique and is particularized for an individual and his/her family.

Extremely intelligent

He is one of the smartest lawyers I have come across. I have consulted with him on several matters, and in my opinion, he is very direct while giving you his advice. When he takes on something, he does his very best. He has a unique talent of being concise, yet very effective in terms of due diligenc...e and procedure. Very smart.

Nice and Knowledgeable Attorney

I consulted with this attorney and found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competent. He helped me with a will and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him highly.

Good impression

I consulted with Mr. Bryan for several minutes regarding a friend's issues, and he gave some solid advice, though I couldn't hire him due to the circumstances. He seemed very knowledgeable, and more thorough, in comparison to other lawyers I had consulted regarding the same issue.

Smart nice lawyer without the frills.

RB was very honest in telling me how things generally work, so that I could save money rather than taking on a long litigious approach. He did his best and tried to settle things out of court, saving me court time and legal fees. He has extensive knowledge in tax law and estate trusts. I felt f...ortunate to have him as an attorney he is a valuable weapon to have on your side. The only down side I found is that he works alone so you might have to wait for him to get back to you and leave a message on voice mail but he eventually returned my calls later in the evening the same day. He graduated top of his law class at NYU., I found his fees are reasonable for his expertise and experience. He handled my guardianship and trust expediently and thoroughly.

Rick Bryan worked on my mother's apt closing

RB esquire dealt with the three parties involved in my mothers payment closing and skirted around the family dynamics: an over controlling brother and my mother who parroted my uncle's concerns, by swiftly responding to them and getting the matter resolved quickly this keeping fees reasonable. RB wa...s efficient, he worked to get this property quickly sold and out of litigation and he was very detailed oriented. Would work with him again. .
