While they tout themselves as the expert in spa and aesthetic office set up, I found them to be disorganized, repetitive, and ineffective. I spent thousands of dollars and walked away left in the same spot. It seemed they cared more about billing for hours rather than actually just getting each item... completed. They were supposed to help with every aspect of my business getting off the ground but every piece of work was delegated to someone different and none of them completed any of the basic items we agreed on (lease agreement, business assistance, and development). I had to start over after spending significant money with them and wasting several months of time. I do not recommend at all.
