Tina Monshipour Foster is an Iranian-American civil rights attorney who specializes in International Human Rights and Constitutional Law. Since September 11, 2001, Tina's work has focused on defending the rights of Muslim minorities who have been unfairly targeted by U.S. national security initiatives.
In 2006, Tina established her own firm, where she represents businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals affected by post-9/11 national security policies and discrimination. She is also the founder and Executive Director of the International Justice Network ("IJN"), a non-profit organization that defends and protects survivors of human rights abuses by providing direct legal representation and facilitating collaboration among lawyers across the globe.
