Merrill is truly one of the best immigration lawyers in the United States!! Merrill successfully obtained an E3 Visa for me when I began my career in the U.S. She then successfully navigated me through the steps and obtained for me, an E37 Green Card and I am now a permanent resident!!! This wa...s no easy task, as it required matching my skillset to the position, extensive advice, working with my employer to obtain the necessary documents, and giving me a clear pathway to a green card. Merrill worked tirelessly for my case, even when, at times I was nervous it would not work out. She was clear about the timeframes, and she always put me at ease. She was fully transparent. Merrill is a Master and I've no doubts she is the best in her profession in NYC. She is amazing. But more important: She is an expert in her filed. She knows her work and is able to find solutions for her clients. I got my Green Card approval after 7 months from applying for it. This says everyt...hing. i didn't have to ask anybody to sponsor me, jump into unhealthy marriage or any other weird case.
