Marcin P. Zola

Attorney Marcin P. Zola has a unique international background that offers clients a diverse skill set, having attained a Master of Diplomacy and Master of Strategic Affairs from Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute. Marcin also is fluent in Polish.

Graduating from Suffolk University Law School in 2012 and gaining admission to the New York and Massachusetts Bars, Marcin started his own firm, focusing on real estate brokers, property managers, and real estate investment companies, before joining Kaplan Lawyers PC. Marcin was committed to enabling these business owners and managers to maximize efficiency and profit, while minimizing exposure to risk and litigation. However, he always is prepared to go into court to protect the interests of his clients. This business-centric approach is fostered by the fact that Marcin is one of the founders of a start-up cosmetics company, giving him practical experience in the most effective manner in which to structure and operate a business.

Marcin has dedicated his free time to operating as a volunteer lawyer for the Nassau County Bar Association’s Foreclosure Clinic, the Nassau County Landlord Tenant Program, and the Queens County Housing Court’s Help Center. In his volunteer capacity, Marcin provides advice to clients, offers alternative solutions to foreclosure or eviction, and represents clients in court when necessary. In addition to providing much needed legal services, Marcin also has learned to navigate the court system and avoid difficult situations for his clients.
