He did my closing
This closing was tough because the seller kept trying to back out, but Jon could negotiate and keep the deal going to its close. He also talked to the people at my bank and if there were any delays, the bank knew about it and I kept my financing open. I definitely recommend him.

Experienced with Dealing with Tenants
I had a problem with my tenant because he stopped paying and complained I wasn't making repairs. J. Cohen was able to evict my tenant within a few months and without a bunch of delays. I recommend him.

Mr. Cohen helped me with my closing, he was professional and knowledgeable
Mr. Cohen dealt with my bank and my bank's attorneys in a timely manner and he had a good grasp of the steps I needed to take to get financing. He attended the closing himself !!! Instead of sending a paralegal, and his charges were cheap.
