Disappointing
James was appointed by the court to work on our behalf with a difficult tenant, otherwise we would never have engaged him. Tenant Landlord Dispute
James Kasdon and his staff are very effective. As a landlord, We have brought hundreds of non payment cases to tenants in NYC over the years. James Kasdon is always there to fight tooth and nail for us. Dealing with housing court is his specialty. Great Firm!
