James Edward Kasdon

James was appointed by the court to work on our behalf with a difficult tenant, otherwise we would never have engaged him. His communications bordered on the obnoxious from the very beginning, even when working with our retained counsel. James was frequently unhelpful and frequently denied simple req...uests, even though we were required to pay his exorbitant fees. We had to work with James against our will, and we are doing our best to have the court remove him from our case. This honestly feels like we got boondoggled by the court -- otherwise I can't imagine who would pay this kind of money for this kind of service.
