David John Davoli

DAVID DAVOLI began his career in the entertainment industry in 1994 while working as actor Alec Baldwin’s personal assistant. After having worked with Alec on the productions of several large-scale film and television projects, David discovered that his talents were also suited to the business side of entertainment, and thereafter entered law school.

In 2001, after graduating from Brooklyn Law School, David spent two years producing off-Broadway plays and short films. In 2003, he entered the practice of law and began working on Madison Avenue for a floor of multi-disciplined solo-practitioners. Over the next five years he gained invaluable experience in the areas of representing small business, civil and commercial litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, sports and entertainment.

In 2008, he opened DAVOLI LAW FIRM in order to focus his energies exclusively on startups, media and entertainment. Over the last seven years DAVOLI LAW FIRM  has established itself as a reliable media, entertainment and small business law firm where its clients receive top-level advice, commitment and a personal touch, all at competitive rates.

In addition to the practice of law, David is training to draw and paint the human figure at Chelsea Classical Studio in the atelier of classically trained painter and portraitist, Brandon Soloff.
