Currently in an immigration case that has been running for 3 years, all fees paid already. Throughout the case, there has been very poor communication. I had frequently had to take matters into my own hands, calling many of the immigration departments to see where our case lies. I have not been ke...pt up to date and every time I or my husband go in person to the office, I receive very vague information from the paralegals. I do not know where the case is moving and do not receive adequate information on what I should be doing to help the case. In retrospect, I should have done a thorough search of his track record on the internet, which I realized how little information there was. I will update this review based how things move along. However, as of now, I am not satisfied at all with how things are moving, especially with the lack of communication and attention for his clients.
