Jay Weinberg did a very good job representing my 21 year old son on his first DWI offense. My son alcohol level was twice the limit (.15). My son got 6 tickets and Mr. Jay Weinberg was able to get him out for just paying one DWI offense. In addition, he found a way to convinced the judge to not insta...ll the interlocking which is required for this level of alcohol. Mr. Jay Weinberg was great. I hired Mr. Weinberg for 8 charges that were against me, a second charged DUI, possession in a motorvehicle, possession of marijuan, careless, reckless, obstruction, false statement, and lamp. He was able to drop my 2nd DUI, possession in a motor vehicle, reckless, and fa...lse statement. And for the possession and obstruction, all I got was a conditional discharge.
