Unprofessional and repugnant.
He is currently pursuing a death insurance claim for the father of my niece on a no win no fees basis. He has failed to update me on time and refused to communicate with me via email and rarely contact me via telephone. At the moment i just want the matter to be closed as i feel deeply disrestpected....
