In the past I have had the opportunity to use the services of Edward Janzekovich for an accident case. Ed is knowledgeable, professional, and has an excellent court room demeanor. I researched a lot of attorneys and found Ed's website. After reading his reviews, I was curious to see how a retired police officer might be able to help me out with my situation. I was involved in a car accident that the police responded too. The police conducted a brief investigation at the sce...ne which led to me receiving a careless driving ticket. While speaking with Ed about the location of the incident, he said he would subpoena the ATM camera video that may have recorded the incident. He was able to get a copy of the video and it showed that I did nothing wrong, and in fact that the other car involved was responsible for the accident. When we went to court, I quickly noticed the difference in the manner Ed spoke and interacted with the involved police officers and the prosecutor as compared to the other attorneys present. They just seemed more receptive to what he had to say when speaking. He was able to convince the prosecutor and the officer that I should not have been charged with careless driving, and they agreed to completely dismiss the ticket. The judge even commented that he was surprised that an attorney would go to the lengths of obtaining a video for a careless driving ticket. I highly recommend Ed for anyone that has a legal problem.

Upon recommendation, I retained Mr. Janzekovich after I was charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol. He had previously represented a friend of a friend who had been charged with speeding & reckless driving and was facing suspension & he got that case downgraded to just a careless driving. After ...receiving several letters from other attorneys, I was almost ready to plead guilty to this misdemeanor charge to try and get the case over with without spending too much money. However, then I heard if I was able to plea to a municipal ordinance violation it still may cost me over $1,000 in fines, so I decided to hire Mr. Janzekovich in hopes he could get me the best deal possible. Once he received and read the police reports, he pointed out there may be a procedural problem with the search. I was very relieved to hear this and I was glad I made the decision to hire Mr. Janzekovich. He gave me his personal cell phone number and was always accessible to answer any questions. On the day of initial court appearance I could see after watching him interact with the other attorneys, prosecutor and arresting officer that his knowledge and experience as a police officer allowed him to identify police procedural issues with the case and he argued the charge should be dismissed. The municipal prosecutor was reluctant to drop the case and offered a plea deal but Mr. Janzekovich persisted. The case was rescheduled for a month later and Mr. Janzekovich repeated his argument before the judge and prosecutor in a pre-trial hearing. The judge agreed about the search "technicality" and the case was dropped completely. Honestly, I never thought he would get the whole case thrown out, but he did it. I am very relieved and thankful for Mr. Janzekovich and I highly recommend him.

Several Advertisements came in the mail after receiving my speeding ticket. Mr. Janzekovich was one of the best of them. I called him the next day and he was able to reassure me that I was in good hands. Mr. Janzekovich is very knowledgeable with traffic laws and court proceedings. He understood my s...ituation and worked with me to find a reasonable result . During the process he stayed in touch to keep me up-to-date with what was going on. Prior to the court case we were able to work out a favorable agreement that I felt comfortable with. After the case, he was able to offer advice to help me with any future problems that may occur. I highly recommend Mr. Janzekovich and will contact him again if in need of a lawyer.

In August I was charged with DUI among other charges.
