Keya C Denner

I have extensive litigation experience representing management in matters ranging from breach of employment agreements and restrictive covenants to discrimination, disability, and wage and hour violations under federal and state laws. I also regularly handle discrimination matters before state and federal administrative agencies in New York and New Jersey. Much of my employment practice is devoted to counseling clients as to existing company policies, and providing training to avoid litigation.

Outside of the employment arena, I have a wide range of experience in all types of commercial litigation, including business divorces, breach of contract, construction liens, and securities violations. I also represent several businesses in the health care industry, providing a wide range of litigation and counseling services. For nursing facility clients and hospitals, I regularly initiate guardianship actions for residents and patients in need.
