My employer retained the services of Snehal Batra to assist with an intracompany transfer for myself into our operations in North America. Given my background (South African born, British citizen, living in the Middle East - wishing to relocate to the USA) - this was no easy task! The nature of... my VISA was to be based on specialized knowledge - a route which is notoriously difficult to articulate effectively, especially when working in a specialized market. This whole process took place while I was stationed in multiple countries and time zones across the world - and my schedule was always accommodated for by the attorney - willing to jump on conference calls and any time that would suit my travel itinerary. Meticulous attention to detail and clear communication was maintained throughout the process - accompanied with a refreshing sense of honesty. At no point were any unrealistic expectations expressed to me or my employer (whether in a positive or negative way). Overall, I would highly recommend Snehal as an immigration lawyer. When entering into these processes, one has to appreciate that the nature of these applications is one which is riddled with potential delay and bureaucracy.
