Snehal Batra has nearly 20 years of immigration law experience. Mrs. Batra works in all areas of U.S. business and family immigration to help clients successfully navigate U.S. immigration laws. She assists international businesses of all sizes with intracompany transfers, H-1B Site visits, FDNS Investigations, DOL Wage & Hour Audits and Consular Processing of Immigrant and Nonimmigrant visa applications. Mrs. Batra earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Rutgers University School of Law Newark and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Political Science from Seton Hall University. Mrs. Batra is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New Jersey State Bar and Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Somerset County Bar Association.

She didn't inform rightfully, and when the damage was done, she said she informed me but she didn't. we have the disagreement about this.
