She didn't inform rightfully, and when the damage was done, she said she informed me but she didn't. we have the disagreement about this. If I accept that she said everything, I expect that a lawyer makes the client to the right thing. The lawyer is the professional and knows the consequences. She m...ay good at organizing my case but definitely did not try to achieve to successfully.

My employer retained the services of Snehal Batra to assist with an intracompany transfer for myself into our operations in North America. Given my background (South African born, British citizen, living in the Middle East - wishing to relocate to the USA) - this was no easy task! The nature of... my VISA was to be based on specialized knowledge - a route which is notoriously difficult to articulate effectively, especially when working in a specialized market. Without going into too much detail - it was required to leverage my experience in international markets as rationale to set up a new route to market in the USA, in a field which is extremely specialized and challenging to explain to parties not working within it. Snehal and her team worked tirelessly through the initial petition - and even more so when the application was returned requesting further evidence to substantiate and elaborate on the specialized knowledge. Even upon failure of when this request was deemed insufficient - Snehal and her team did not give up on the process, finding another route to allow me to enter and work within the USA - which was subsequently successful. This whole process took place while I was stationed in multiple countries and time zones across the world - and my schedule was always accommodated for by the attorney - willing to jump on conference calls and any time that would suit my travel itinerary. Meticulous attention to detail and clear communication was maintained throughout the process - accompanied with a refreshing sense of honesty. At no point were any unrealistic expectations expressed to me or my employer (whether in a positive or negative way). Overall, I would highly recommend Snehal as an immigration lawyer.
