My wife and I hired Jim via recommendation of our realtor. After having an introductory call, I had a feeling he was going be a great fit for us. I'm more than happy and confident to say that Jim greatly exceeded expectations and was excellent throughout the process. As first time home buyers, he... was patient with all of our questions and very thorough with his explanations. Most importantly he made himself available whenever we needed a quick response or when we started to get stressed. He even took care of confirming if permits were open or closed with the town, which is NOT a common practice by most lawyers. I can't emphasize how much Jim helped on the overall process and how tenacious he could be with dealing with other parties. 2016 held many firsts and new beginnings for my family. Mom came to live with us here in Jersey, so we purchased a "Forever" home. He was always in constant contact letting us know how the process was going, made sure we understood everything that was happening and didn't have concerns. Whenever we called, emailed or TEXTED him, we ALWAYS received a swift response. Working with him was an extremely easy process. My background is in Commercial Casualty Insurance as an Underwriter for over 3 decades. I'm use to working with Lawyers. Jim welcomed and encouraged my input. He addressed everything that was negative about our home with the seller's representative and got us to closing without major drama or hurt feelings on either side.
