He went above and beyond to accomodate our requests - everything from previous owner disposing of furnishings, credits for inspection, negotiations, you name it, he does it... and does it well! He is safety/healt...h conscious during covid times and is also understanding of young children sometimes needing to be present. He is helpful in every way possible and you would be lucky to find a lawyer as knowledgable, helpful and compassionate as Jim.
