Knowing Peter is a blessing. It's hard to find people like him. Peter is a very compassionate attorney once he is committed he will always be there for you regardless of any ups or downs in his own life. I'm saying this from my own experience just a few days before my initial closing date Peter was ...hospitalized. To my surprise a day before my closing Peter called me from hospital to give me instructions on my closing, that touched my heart. How can someone be so passionate about their work. He was in hospital struggling for his life, it was that serious and he was worried about my closing. It had been over 10 years since my wife and I bought our first house and went through the very intimidating process of purchasing a house for the first time. Back then, my wife and I were young, inexperienced home buyers willing to take advice anywhere we could get it. Through ever step of the process Mr. Balsamo gave us knowledgeable and detailed explanations, openly offered his advice and his opinion, followed up on issues independently, and often circled back with us on decisions we made just to ensure we understood what we were deciding and any future implications of those decisions. Mr. Balsamo made us feel like he always had our best interest in mind, which is certainly not the feeling we had when we purchased our first home. From our very first conversation, Mr. Balsamo made himself available at all hours, returned phone calls religiously, answered every question we had, and actually listened to our input and concerns. I was amazed at how on top of our process he was. It almost seemed like we were his only client, which I know was not the case. For anyone who has never been through the process of buying a home or hasn't been through it in a while, has alot of questions about what they should or shouldn't do, and wants an attorney they can trust to guide them through the important decisions they have to make, Mr. Balsamo is the attorney for you. I appreciated that Mr. Balsamo didn't just push decisions on us. He worked with us to make sure we were making the best decisions for our family.

I can't express how greatfull we are to have find Peter as our attorney on our first time buying a house..
