Peter Balsamo

Was referred to Peter through a family member who used him several time herself and highly recommended him. I had spoken to Peter over the phone and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and that confidence was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process Peter was extremely ac...commodating and went above and beyond what I expected. In the long term Peter saved me thousands of dollars through his contract writing and negotiating skills. There were numerous obstacles to overcome throughout the real estate transaction(I failed to mention I used Peter for both the sale of my previous home as well as the purchase of my new home which both were closed on the same day).
