My wife and I are so grateful that Peter was our lawyer for our recent purchase of our new house. He always had our best interest in mind and was responsive for any questions that we had. He did a great job with negotiating on our behalf that helped defray some costs. I would certainly recommend him ...and would use him in the future, not just for real estate but the other areas of his practice.

Was referred to Peter through a family member who used him several time herself and highly recommended him. I had spoken to Peter over the phone and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and that confidence was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process Peter was extremely ac...commodating and went above and beyond what I expected. In the long term Peter saved me thousands of dollars through his contract writing and negotiating skills. There were numerous obstacles to overcome throughout the real estate transaction(I failed to mention I used Peter for both the sale of my previous home as well as the purchase of my new home which both were closed on the same day). Each obstacle that came up Peter handled and throughout the process he explained everything to me in the simplest form. I truly couldn't say enough good things about Peter and would refer him to anyone looking for a great lawyer. And on top of it all he was one of the nicest guys on to of being one of the most thorough.

I have absolutely no shadow in my mind that Peter is the best Attorney in business. While Peter was recommended to me by my Realtor, and am glad we worked together on the house I bought. Peter is very detailed oriented, to the point and makes sure the communication sent over to other attorney is car...efully written and with no loop holes. His retainer is long but, it makes sure YOU are protected. Right away, Peter made it clear that I can call him anytime (yes we have had late night discussions) for any immediate questions/concerns/advice and examples which helps to understand the process very well. Overall its clear he treats your deal as his, and he is "IN IT" with you. He spent hours/days on an issue we encountered at the Nth hour to get all the necessary approvals before the closing...If I plan to sell the house sometime in future, I already know who to go to...
