I hired Mitesh of MP legal to represent me as buyer in a real estate transaction. Mitesh came recommended by my mortgage lender. EVERY phone call and EVERY email was returned. We were informed of progress & updates EVERY step of the way. If we had an issue, Mitesh & his staff were on it ASAP.... The realtor and seller's attorney tried to poke holes, but Mitesh had this transaction locked down like Area 51. I definitely felt that I had home-field advantage with him. Mitesh definitely had OUR best interest in mind and did what was right for us. For that, I am eternally thankful. He is a great guy and fabulous attorney. Do not hesitate to hire him to represent you.

I used Mitesh's law office for closing my recent real estate purchase transaction. The transaction wasnt very straight forward as the buyers attorney was nearly non existent with very slow responses and paperwork submitted from their (buyers)side wasnt always complete. Mitesh's office super diligent ...in following up patiently and get things moving. At many occasions down this path, Mitesh was there to counsel and provide advise. Again, at the closing table there were some unpleasant surprises and few apprehensions that came up from buyers side but Mitesh's office went in extra mile to ensure all loose strings are tied. Overall - I went with this attorney as a repeat client(yes - I was a buyer few years back) even though he's not the least expensive one out there. He's not even in my legal plan's "in-network" but I am glad I went with him as he was able to tide us through all up's and downs of this somewhat complex real estate transaction. I am working with him again on a Sale transaction of my other home and would recommend him in a blink!
