I had recently hired Mahesh Rajan for my divorce which was contested by my former spouse for over 6 months even though we did not have ANY martial assets to divide except for some savings which I agreed to divide on day one. Long story short, I was basically fighting a battle against a woman who... committed a marriage fraud for a US green card plus extorted monies by blackmailing, threats, and harassment through out the marriage supported by her brother with a criminal history. My former spouse refused to practice the marriage after she got her green card and left for India. She came back and used me for every single penny she can get using the justice system and the Divorce Law. They even harassed my entire family for over two years. The adversary attorney was providing services to the individuals who do not have a legal status to reside in the US and have a history of committing frauds for money extortion. This time around, they were fighting against honest and hard working taxpaying American Citizens in order to extort monies.
