Mahesh Rajan

I am a partner with firm of Rajan & Rajan, LLP. I have over a dozen years of experience in various areas of law but primarily focus my practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial transactions, hospitality law, and family law.  

I've represented various large and small companies in New Jersey and have handled multi-million dollar transactions assisting clients in negotiating and closing on complex commercial matters throughout the United States particularly in the field of hospitality.

I have managed complex civil and matrimonial cases from inception to trial. I take pride in finding solutions to complex matters providing my clients with the best possible results while managing their exposure toward costs and other damages.  We are a family firm and bring that level of service and compassion to our clients.

In addition to my particular areas of concentration, our firm has attorneys with varying specialities including immigration, landlord/tenant, estate planning and real estate law.
