I involved in two car accidents in the last two months and totally freaked out when the first accident happened. Not only because that was the first time in my life but also because I drove alone with a learning permit. Several friends referred me to the same attorney, Dr. Hong, so I went to him with...out hesitation. Dr. Hong is extremely professional, knowledgable and patient. We met a few times before the court date and he explained everything to me: the procedure, how the traffic law works etc. The first case went smoothly and the 2 points were directly dismissed, which was unbelievable. He was also very considerate to his clients. On the second court, he requested a civil reservation to protect me but was not granted immediately because the witness was absent. So he rearranged another court date instead of just waive my right and proceed. After these two cases, Dr. Hong has become a truly helpful friend as well as a respected mentor to me. I wish no one would break the law and everyone drive safely, however, if it happens, I would highly recommend Dr. Hong without hesitation.

I was caught on GSP and was given 5 tickets (three moving violations with total 9 point including 99 over 65, and two non-moving violations). I was referred to use Mr. Hong by several friends. Then, he went to court 4 times and filed a motion. As the result, all my three moving violations were directly dismissed including the speeding charge. All 9 points are gone! Oh, my! A ward of my guardian is not licensed to drive yet.  Unfortunately he drove 119 MPH and was caught.  He was charged with driving without a license, speeding 54 mile over 65 MPH speed limit, reckless and careless driving.  We retained Mr. Hong for this matter. I have retained the services of Mr. Hong in the past and, as before, I was impressed by his abilities. I hired Mr. Hong to help my son with a traffic violation for which he would have received 5 points on his clean driving record. This may not seem like a big deal, but my son's job requires that he h...ave a clean driving record at all times.
