BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS

Not surprisingly this attorney is currently on suspension, having lost his license to practice during a disciplinary investigation.... If your looking this attorney up, then you've likely received one of his mass mailings, trying to drum up new business for himself. Unfortunately, I was one of the ...people who retained him. Not only did this process take ten times longer than it should have due to his inattentiveness, but I also received several more of his mass mailings while he was supposed to be working on my appeal. In short... IF you want an attorney who: 1. Doesn't return phone calls. 2. Doesn't answer emails. 3. Misses court dates. 4. Fouls up legal responses with simple spelling/grammatical errors and by excluding details you provided him multiple times. 5. Doesn't send anything owed to you until you continuously remind him and is untruthful about having sent/received payments. If you enjoy all of these things, then this is the guy for you. Furthermore, his office staff is just as untruthful as he is and covers up for him when he doesn't want to speak with you on the phone. Fantastic!!! There are a lot of better choices out there, but if this were your only choice, you'd be better off representing yourself.

Un responsive Lawyer

Please do not use this man. I answered his letter on tax appeal in 2009. By Oct 2011 he had not done anything. I then informed him that he no longer represents me and started to work with the town on my own. By end of 2012, I was able to get a reduction in taxes. Winters then sues me for "his sha...re." I go to court to defend myself and Winters doesn't show up. The case gets dismissed and then he refiles. I have another court date with him in Oct 2014.
